Design Process

We pride ourselves on Service, Quality and Attention to detail and our personal service is second to none. So whether you are building a new home or renovating, we first spend time with you before we start work on the formal design for your new kitchen.

We offer a prompt, stress free experience and at the first appointment, either at your home or in our showroom with your plans, our designer will spend time with you taking measurements and discussing with you what you are looking for in the way of maximising storage, layout, choice of existing or new appliances, accessories, colours, finishes and the many other questions that arise.

Around 10 working days following the initial meeting, our designer will present for you to view in our showroom a detailed plan of your new kitchen that she has prepared for you, together with some 3D perspectives for a more visual experience. These drawings remain our copyright and will be released to you once you sign a contract with The Kitchen Factory Malaga or purchase them from us directly.

At this second appointment, you will receive a detailed quotation for your proposed kitchen design, which will incorporate all aspects from the removal of your existing kitchen, including cabinetry, benchtops, plumbing and electrical work, patching, plastering and tiling. If minor building work is required, we can include the cost of this in our quotation; alternatively, for any major building work we can either refer you to a builder or you are welcome to use your own. Our quotation is yours to take away with you and there is no additional cost if we need to produce a new quote based on alterations to the plans.

We will also show you around our stunning, comprehensive showroom in Malaga where you can view the range of materials, storage solutions, benchtops and accessories available for your new kitchen.

Once you are happy with your design and ready to proceed, we will project manage and schedule our experienced team to ensure disruption to your household is minimal.
